This one (1) day seminar provides an insight into the design and development of a Total Quality Management (TQM) system and its deployment in medium and large-sized organisations.
The seminar will review the strategic, operational and technical theories and implementation techniques required to enhance the internal quality framework of a functioning or a to-be-established organisation. It does not adopt a specific commercial methodology, but provides a planning, documentation and stakeholder management platform from which internal quality projects can be deployed.
The seminar runs in Sydney at 368 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
The session commences at 10.00am and concludes at 4.00pm and is limited to eight (8) attendees.
